Images for the Future partner in Open Cultural Data

Images for the Future supports the Open Culture Data network by providing access to as many available open datasets in the project as possible, making special cultural awards available and by jointly organising hackathons.

How much has been digitised up to now?

13 July 2011 At the moment, 60% of the planned amount of film material has been digitised, 86% of the planned amount of video, 57% of the planned amount of audio and 88% of the planned amount of photographs.

Open Images used as a case study in guideline for multimedia formats

18 June 2010 On 17 June the first copy of the Handreiking Multimediaformaten, a guideline for multimedia formats published by Nederland Open in Verbinding and Forum Standaardisatie, was presented during the AVA_Net meeting.
